Many of us are always looking for short-cuts, tips, and tricks. Some even look for ways to cheat the game or exploits. In programming, any technology or language, there are no gaming the system or exploits. You have heard the saying, Garbage In Garbage Out (GIGO). It's a concept used primarily in computer science and information technology to emphasize the importance of input quality in producing meaningful and accurate output.
In essence, it suggests that if you input poor-quality or flawed data into a system or process, the output or results will also be flawed or of low quality. No matter how sophisticated a system is, if the input it receives is incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate, the output it generates will reflect those deficiencies.
This principle highlights the critical need for accurate and reliable data as the foundation for obtaining valuable, valid, and dependable results from any computational or information system.
In "Sparx EA Managing Linked Documents (Tips and Tricks)" we get into how to manage Linked Documents. This video is meant to help modelers deal with managing "Linked Documents" in Sparx Enterprise Architect (EA). I was asked by a company architecture team to create this video because many have had an issue understand how to manage Artifacts and Linked Documents relevant to Model Elements. The problem, in this case, was that the modeler inadvertently added a "Linked Document" and wanted to remove the Artifact/Document Icon from the Model Element. The solution to this problem is presented in this short clip.

In UML Operator Channel we produce "Shorts" to support quick answers to questions we receive through our channel and other collaboration means. Often you may find Tips & Tricks.
As we receive questions, problems modelers are having, and we attempt to create short content. Often these Shorts may lead to other videos or content on our Website or Blog.
We have also start our UMLO Discord Channel where the Community can support questions and concerns.
In this quick session, "TIP: Choosing Sparx Default Diagram to Load", I will show you how to have Sparx EA load the Model/Diagram you want versus what may be loading for the Team.
